COLIN JAMES – http://www.colinjames.com
Colin James will be performing with his 5-piece band and will be playing all of your favourites along with many tunes from his new album "Rooftops & Satellites". Colin James has juggled his skills as a singer, guitarist and big-band leader so well over the years that diversity seems almost synonymous with his stellar career. He's also been a restless voyager, traversing genres from blues and rock to pop and swing and back again. Throughout it all, Colin has always forged ahead, without regard to fads or trends, going wherever his wandering muse takes him. His Juno awards (not
counting his many Juno nominations) are for 1989 Most Promising Male Vocalist of the Year 1991 Single of the Year ("Just Came Back") 1991 Male Vocalist of the Year 1996 Male Vocalist of the Year 1998 Best Blues Album (National Steel) 1999 Best Producer.

BARNEY BENTALL & THE LEGENDARY HEARTS - http://www.barneybentall.com
Born in Toronto, Barney Bentall grew up in Calgary, moving to Vancouver in 1978 to try his hand at music. He formed the band Brandon Wolf and released two independent discs and one for A&M Records, all recorded at the infamous
Little Mountain Sound. A dedicated family man, he faced a struggle to keep writing and performing music while supporting four children. In 1988 at the point when a day job seemed imminent, Barney formed The Legendary Hearts and signed with Columbia/CBS Records. Their self‐titled debut sold over 100,000 copies and featured three hit singles in Canada, winning a Juno in 1989. In 2000, Bentall moved to British Columbia to operate a cattle ranch. After this change of perspective, 2007 brought the solo release of Gift Horse on True North Records.

VINCE VACCARO – http://www.vincevaccaro.com
Vince Vaccaro is an artist based in Victoria, British Columbia. Born in Montreal, playing guitar since the age of eight, and completely self-taught, Vince has been writing music for over ten years. Playing a timeless brand of rock that lies somewhere between folk and psychedelic, the singer/songwriter is humbly presenting his debut EP as a window into the new direction he is taking this year. “The recording is one dimension, or one perspective; hearing and seeing it live
really brings it to life. I want to share in the live music experience with everyone who wants to come along for the ride.” In the past year alone, Vince & his band have impressed audiences with performances at Vancouver’s New Music West, Victoria’s ICA FolkFest, and Music BC’s Get Outta Town tour, while sharing the stage with such notable acts as Jets Overhead, Armchair Cynics, and Tal Bachman. Most recently, Vince Vaccaro was featured on MuchMusic’s Going Coastal series for Much Does Victoria 2006.

FEAR ZERO – http://www.fearzero.com
Fear Zero released their first album in early 2004 with the independent release garnering Canada wide airplay resulting in one top 40 singles in Sunday Morning and one other top 50 charting single in Satellite. The band toured BC and
Alberta extensively, eventually playing a cross Canada tour in late 2004. In mid 2005, Fear Zero released their second indie album titled, “Concentrated”, which also brought the band success through the CFOX seeds single "Porno Nation" which saw Fear Zero finish in the top 10 out of 500 entries. Later, the single "Day Of Our Last Night" would also chart in the top 50 at AOR radio in Canada. After signing a recording deal with several investors, in mid 2007, “In Lights”, Fear Zero's third album was released through Fontana North/Universal. A video for the first single "Breathe Again" was shot and received airplay on Muchmusic and Muchloud from May 2007 to July 2007. A cross Canada tour was launched which saw the band play 35 shows in 42 days from Vancouver to Halifax and back. A new CD was released in 2010 called "Whole Damn Nation", both singles on that album are getting lots of airplay in many radio stations across Canada today.

ANDREW COLE – http://www.andrewcole.ca
Although there are shades of Radiohead and The Beatles haunting the edges of his voice and arrangements, Cole’s songs and sound are entirely unique. Canadian rock icon Tom Cochrane and his wife Kathleene, now Cole’s manager, heard rough demos of those first efforts they were convinced by what Cochrane describes as “a voice other singers would die for”, and set out to help the fledgling songwriter realize his potential. “Why We Wonder”, Andrew’s debut CD, was released June 8, 2010 (urArtist Music / Fontana North / Universal Music Canada). On “Why We Wonder”, Cole
has created an eleven-song set of material that is both fresh and familiar, channeling influences as diverse as Mark Knopfler, 90’s alt. rock and contemporary Britpop; his voice soaring high, pure and clear above the tracks laid down by his all-star band. The video for lead single, “Out Of Time”, directed by Andrew MacNaughtan, is currently in heavy rotation on MuchMoreMusic.

TURNPIKE BANDITS – http://www.myspace.com/theturnpikebandits
Down home rockin’ Canadian outlaw country music. This is how one might describe The Turnpike Bandits. Inspired by the roots of outlaw country, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard and even new artists like The Road
Hammers, Corb Lund and Shooter Jennings... you will hear a sound that is just different enough to capture your attention, and drive a crowd to dance. Founded 2006 in Victoria BC, from what started as a 3 piece acoustic show has
now expanded to a 8 piece band bringing many different textures and flavours to an already diverse sound. The band is comprised of 8 musicians whose talents are as diverse as the Canadian countryside. They have hosted and played many events such as “Hawg N’ Rod” Show & Shine, Vancouver island Music Business Conference, Merrit Mountain Music Festival, playing for our Canadian Forces aboard HMCS Calgary and at the pacific Fleet Club & Opening for artists such as Johnny Reid and Fred Eaglesmith.

MAURICE – http://www.wearemaurice.com
Maurice began in Victoria, British Columbia in parent's basements, community halls, and the bars of Vancouver Island. The young members crafted memorable pop songs mixed with humour, heartbreak, and references to their Western Canadian landscape. These songs caught the ear of David Foster, who was so taken with their sincerity and level of songwriting, that he signed the group to his Warner Brothers imprint, 143 Records, in 2007. The years that followed were a period of growth for the band; They spent several months writing and recording what would become Young
People With Faces with Producer Matt Hyde. Recording nearly 25 tracks for the album in Silverlake, Hollywood and Van Nuys, Maurice had a large catalogue to contribute to their first offering.
