Have you ever wanted to learn how to create balloon twists? Now is your chance! Learn the techniques necessary to create balloon animals, flowers, hats, etc. An experienced instructor will teach you how to twist balloons, and give you plenty of time to practice in this hands-on workshop mini-series.
