Please join us on March 10, 2010 as we recognize the 2009 Cultural Award recipients.
Each year, the Excellence in Culture award is given to an individual or group for outstanding achievement in a cultural or arts field. The recipient is to be recognized as a “Nanaimo Artist,” having demonstrated excellence in their field and as being an inspiration to others.
The Honour in Culture award is given to an individual, group or corporation for outstanding service, dedication or support to the development of arts and culture in our City.
The award presentation is open to the public; however the Cultural Committee respectfully requests interested persons RSVP to 250-756-5200 by March 8, 2010.
