The Port Theatre will hold their 19th Annual General Meeting of the Port Theatre Society on March 31st at 7:00 p.m.
Media and public are invited to attend The Annual General Meeting at the Port Theatre on stage. Only members in good standing 30 prior to the AGM may vote.
Agenda will cover Special donor recognition and new gift announcement, Presentation of 2009 audited financial statements and Election of Board of Directors.
The AGM is open to the public and free of charge. Light refreshments will be served.
