This is a Hatha class for all skill levels, and will be led by registerd yoga instructor, Scharie Greenwood.

Those interested are welcome to sign up for any or all of the class dates; pre-registration is recommended in order to guarantee a spot. Registration can be done either by phone (250)665-7511, email: [email protected], or in person. Drop in space may be available on a first come-first serve basis (drop in�s must pay exact cash).

Cost is a flat rate of $10 for Annual Pass holders/Members, $15 for non-pass holders.

There are only 15 spots available per class, so make your bookings soon! (If possible, please bring your own mat)
