The RDYT200 Certification Program is 10.5 weekends of course study with the first weekend being the YFL (Yoga Fitness Leader ) Part 1.

You'll have access to our Internationally Recognized Yoga Teacher Trainer and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, taking you through the entire program step by step. You'll also have plenty of opportunity to acquire practical experience and get valuable feedback by the Trainer and you peers in person.

This program will prepare you to effectively design and teach classes in a variety of yoga styles including, but not limited to Power Yoga, Classical Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Restorative Yoga. You will also learn over 50 of the most commonly used yoga postures and how to teach them to students of varying levels of experience from beginner to advanced. It also includes proper breathing techniques, postural guidelines, and a detailed exploration of Anatomy, Yoga Philosophy and the Chakric System. 

Start teaching in less than three months.* (*three month teaching timeline based on completion of the YFL Part 1 on February 3 and 4, 2024, YFL Part 2 on March 9, 2024, and the YFL Part 3 on April 13 and 14, 2024.)

This program is also perfect for those who simply wish to increase their personal experience and knowledge of yoga.

The RDYT200 is an Internationally Recognized Yoga Teacher Training Certification approved by the Yoga Alliance. Registration price covers all tuition, registration fees, course manuals, handouts, certificates, and administration fees.
