May 20 and 21, 2019 at The Bethlehem Centre on beautiful Westwood Lake in Nanaimo. Total cost $350 includes 2 lunches and 2 dinners (delicious vegetarian meals prepared by onsite chef). Option for an overnight stay to include breakfast on 21st for a total $450. No yoga experience necessary. You will experience 2 Yoga Practices, a Yin Workshop, Ayurveda Workshop, Conscious Dance, Tibetan Singing Bowl Meditation, a Feng Shui Presentation, 2 hikes, Satsang, Meditation and Reflective Writing.
