Yoga on the Beach: Qualicum Beach

Join us for our 5th summer of Yoga on the Beach at Qualicum Beach. Everyone is welcome! By donation only to support two local charities: Welcome to Kindergarten and St. Stephen’s Community Meals.
Certified instructors Dr. Barbara Low and Charlotte Crowley lead outdoor sessions on the grass--hatha style comfortable yoga fun for all ages and experience levels. Develop strength, flexibility, balance, breath control, coordination, mental focus, relaxation, and stress management skills.
Bring your mat/towel, sunblock, hat, water, sunglasses, and sense of humour! Weather permitting.
On the lawn next to the Qualicum Beach Visitor Information Centre on Hwy 19A along the beach just past the intersection at Memorial Avenue. Look for our Yoga on the Beach signs.
