The Yoga of Rhythm - led by Brian Hoover & Shasta Martinuk
This half-day workshop provides the opportunity to sink deeply into the exploration of your relationship to rhythm. There is no experience necessary, musical or otherwise. Your voice and body are the only instruments you need. Each of our bodies connects us with primal rhythmic elements found in all music and nature. Rhythm is the birthright of all human beings. We welcome everyone to the circle.
