Yoga Nidra is a fully guided meditative practice that releases all types of muscular, emotional, and mental tension. Also known as Yogic Sleep, you will be guided through a series of awareness exercises, loosening and smoothing stress by delving deep into your nervous system, and exploring the tremendous powers that lie in the deeper layers of the subconscious mind.


This practice is for anyone who is interested in relaxation, meditation, and releasing that feeling of being "knotted up" inside. Whether you are experienced in meditation or brand new, this practice will leave you feeling deeply rested and recharged. We will practice a short sequence prior to Yoga Nidra.


This gentle practice is appropriate for all levels, and will help to develop awareness of and connection to the breath, the physical body, and the subtle energy body. Facilitated by Meg Gorosh
