Whether you want to become a leader in the yoga industry or simply delve deeper into your own yoga practice, our 200-hour internationally recognized certification program is right for you. And your first step is the Yoga Fitness Leader (YFL) Part 1.
You'll have access to our Internationally Recognized Yoga Teacher Trainer and Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist, taking you through the entire program step by step.
The Yoga Fitness Leader (YFL) Part 1 is an educational 2-day course that gives individuals the required tools to create safe, balanced, and enjoyable yoga-fitness classes. The YFL Part 1 is the first part of a nationally recognized 3-part certification program allowing instructors to teach in a wide variety of Yoga settings including fitness centres, community centres, group homes, and private residences.
The YFL Course is a BCRPA approved certification program and is recognized by the BCRPA for 16 Continuing Education Credits.
This course is also perfect for those who simply wish to increase their personal experience and knowledge of yoga. It includes proper breathing techniques, postural guidelines, a brief overview of yoga philosophy, and detailed step by step instructions for over 45 yoga asanas (poses)
