4 yoga classes to help you begin a practice of self-love and self-care.
Horse connection to heighten your self-awareness as they reflect back to you a deeper layer of communication and understanding. (no previous experience with horses necessary)
Guided pasture meditation and journaling allowing you to come back to centre and provide time for self-reflection.
4 delicious meals plus snacks (two breakfasts, two lunch). If you have any food sensitivities you are in good company. We got your back!
A Potluck Welcome Dinner Friday night.

Heather is an intuitive horse trainer waving her magical wand of freedom over horses and humans, allowing both human and horse to show up as their true self and be accepted for who they truly are. This is where connection and open communication happen! Heather wants to feel ALIVE, have FUN, and create a safe space for people and animals to do the same.


Krystal Thompson - Handstand Lover (RYT: 200hr, PYT: 500hr)
Krystal is a Professional Yoga Therapist who passionately believes that yoga truly is for EVERY BODY. She is fiercely devoted to creating a SAFE SPACE for you and your yoga practice. The enthusiasm she has for yoga and for life is guaranteed to be infused into every aspect of the retreat, leaving you bursting with joy! And maybe busting out a handstand or two?!!
