For serious students and teachers alike this is an incredible opportunity to deepen your personal practice and ability to teach Yin Yoga. We will be learning how to look at the body in joint segments, understand compression vs tension, learn how to adjust and support postures for skeletal differences, introduction to meridian theory, how to incorporate meditation into your practice and how to teach 4 specific Tai Chi inspired Yang sequences.
