On May 17, Vancouver Island University students will create the world’s largest Nanaimo bar – a record 1,100 pounds! Join us at VIU’s Nanaimo campus for free family fun, food trucks, games, live music and a sweet slice of dessert history.
We are accepting donations to help VIU purchase new ovens for its Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts students.
Come see – and help eat – the world’s largest Nanaimo bar!
