Join Healing Sound Practitioner Mikeoula in celebrating the 15th annual World Sound Healing Day! Together, we will tone the sound "AH", sending Gaia a sonic valentine of compassion and love. You will experience a sacred sound bath/ meditation, immersed in the healing tones from crystal singing bowls and divinely inspired keyboard music. Time permitting, Mikeoula (with her guitar) will lead some simple chants; no previous singing or chanting experience necessary.
Please bring your mat, pillow and blankets to make yourself comfortable as you relax, re-connect and rejuvenate.
