This weekend at Bethlehem Retreat Centre located on Westwood Lake has been planned from a desire to create a community experience for Mid Island Yoga Teachers and Wellness Practitioners. Instructors are volunteering their time.
Our weekend will be filled with: yoga classes (Hatha, Kundalini, Naam, Laughter, Sun Salutations each morn...), Belly Dancing, Ecstatic Dancing, Meditations, Labyrinth Walks, Silent Times, Art Activities, and Ayurvedic Nutrition.
