Author Lane Morgan will be on hand to chat about accessing
local produce year-round, and how to prepare the intriguing and unusual recipes from her brand-new cookbook, Winter Harvest Cookbook.
There will also be plenty of delicious samples to try!

Local tomatoes may be gone for another year, but from now until April, you can enjoy broccoli, parsnips, spinach, cabbage, leeks, collards and more �available fresh at your local market�or pulled from your garden.

This cookbook offers everything from soup to nuts and includes such unusual recipes as Brussels Sprouts in Lemon Curry Sauce; Hazelnut, Chard and Goat Cheese Filo Pie and Pumpkin Cheese Pancakes.
