Lane Morgan, author of the brand-new Winter Harvest Cookbook, will show us how to access fresh vegetables throughout the coldest months, and prepare them at their peak. Her cookbook offers everything from soup to nuts and includes such unusual recipes as Brussels Sprouts in Lemon Curry Sauce; Hazelnut, Chard and Goat Cheese Filo Pie and Pumpkin Cheese Pancakes.
