Following the 1st Annual Strength and Conditioning Conference, being held at the Pacific Institute for Sports Excellence (PISE)on April 2, a Wine and Cheese Reception, with Keynote Speaker Dr. John Berardi,is being held.

Dr. Berardi has worked as a nutrition coach for many top athletes competing in the Olympics, the World Series, the UFC and more. Come listen to some of the lessons he`s taught these athletes, where he thinks the field of coaching is today, and how it will evolve in the future!

The reception will be held at PISE from 5:30pm-7:30pm, on Saturday, April 2nd. Cost is $45.00+HST.Everyone is welcome!
