Join us for the first annual Seasonal Soiree

Join Vancouver Island University's Culinary and Hospitality Management students for this spectacular festive banquet style event. This is a unique opportunity to celebrate the season with friends, clients or colleagues.

Date: Friday, December 1st, 2017
Limited to 300 available seats

Tickets: $49 per seat

Location: Hosted in the main cafeteria – building 300

Dress: Smart-to-business casual

Doors open at 6:00pm
The evening begins with reception style canapes followed by a 3-course plated dinner at 7pm. Finish with a seasonally inspired dessert buffet and live musical entertainment by Doubleplay.

Tickets & Payment: Please reserve and pay through Eventbrite. No refunds after November 24th, 2017.

Beverage Service: Beer and wine will be available for purchase by debit, Visa or Mastercard as of 6:00pm.

Groups & Seating: We can sit groups of 8 or more people together. If you are part of a group of 8 or more it is ideal for a single person to register on behalf of everyone.

If members of the group are registering individually please determine a group name with the other attendees (whether that be a company name, a person you choose to name or a name that you make up) and provide this to us upon registration. If your party is more than 12 people, you will be accommodated at two or more adjacent tables.

Parties smaller than 8 people will be invited to select their seats from the open seating available upon arrival (tables will accommodate 8 to 12 people). If you are a small group wanting to sit with someone specific (another couple, for example), feel free to save them a seat at your table once you sit down.
