Festival activities also include a tea market with tastings and a tea symposium. ?The tea market will be inside Nootka Court (under cover from adverse weather but outside for a farmer's market feel) featuring Jaga Silk, O5 Tea, Unity Jun, Requiem Naturals, Cloudwalker Tea, Gathering Place Trading, Level Ground Trading, Pendray Inn and Tea House, Cultured Kombucha and many more. The teas available at the Victoria Tea Festival Revival are sourced right from the farm of origin in Japan, China, India, South Africa and more, creating a true farm-to-cup experience.

The Symposium will have talks on "Adjusting Brewing Parameters for Clonals Versus Heritage Cultivars", "Utilising Foraged Herbs in Jun", "Experiments on Fireweed Borrowing From Tea Making techniques", "Storage Abuse: How to Make Maccha Taste Bad", and many more.

The festival is a grassroots event focused on tea making, stories and connections. It’s a chance to connect with the earth and the families that produce teas year to year and season to season.

Attendees are encouraged to bring their own teacup (BYOTc). However, they will also be able to purchase a mini-mason jar for tea tasting at the event.

Festival goers will also be able to increase their knowledge about tea during the symposium.
