The Victoria Psoriasis Patient Forum is bringing together healthcare professionals and psoriasis patients to engage in dialogue, share experiences and dispel myths about psoriasis, a chronic autoimmune inflammatory skin disease that affects one million Canadians and 125 million people worldwide.

Through engaging discussions, attendees will shed light on this widespread skin disease and learn about disease management, leading-edge research and treatment options.

The sessions will take place on World Psoriasis Day on October 29, 2014 at the Delta Victoria Ocean Pointe (45 Songhees Road, VictoriaSonghees Suite) from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
