After the seven-day extravaganza that is the inaugural Victoria Beer Week, we wanted to put something together to wrap things up nicely. Victoria Beer Week Society and The Island Chefs Collaborative are teaming up to provide an unprecedented and monumental dining experience for the city of Victoria. A multi-course beer-paired long table brunch! Each course will be paired with a 4oz portion of beer (24oz total).

Participating breweries and chefs will be announced in February.
Tickets include:
- entry to the event
- minimum five-course brunch, each serving paired with a 4oz sampling of beer
- additional beer will not be sold on site
