After hoppy IPAs dominating the game for a while, BC brewers are starting to explore this new category with energy, excitement and creativity.

Victoria Beer Week is excited to host an evening at The Churchill dedicated to sour, slow and barrel-aged beers – come check out the new style of beer that has beer fans everywhere curious.

$25 (plus tax) ticket to this event includes:

- entrance to the Churchill plus 5 drink tickets, each good for 1 x 8oz pour during the event, selected from up to 8 sour/slow/barrel-aged beers from across BC.

Important Points:

- 1 drink ticket = 1 8oz sample
- drink tickets do not count for 8oz servings of Churchill’s regular menu, only the special slow/sour/barrel-aged beers served for the event
- the Churchill’s food menu and regular selection of beers will be available all night at their regular pricing
- slow beers available in limited quantity, first come first serve

Victoria Beer Week (March 7 - 15) is a nine-day series of events highlighting a broad selection of BC craft breweries while educating greater Victoria residents about craft beer. The week is bookended with large events that pair BC craft beer with local Victoria food vendors, with a clear focus on showcasing quality BC craft beer and educating beer enthusiasts.
