A Vertical Pinot Noir Tasting is a great way to taste three different vintages of 2020, 2021, 2022 Pinot Noir. Grown in a cool climate region with the same method of production and terroir this is Vancouver Islands flag ship red. We are show casing the quality and consistently of the wine with a 30 minute seated presentation explaining all about the fascinating terroir and climate these grapes are growing in, as well as some history and interesting facts about Blue Grouse. Paired with local cheese from the Cowichan Station Creamery this makes for a wonderful back drop to enjoy and taste these wines to the full extent.
