What Is Reiki?

Reiki is a gentle, yet powerful Japanese healing technique that uses light touch to guide the body back into a state of balance and safety. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system (the "rest and digest" mode), Reiki helps release stress, calm the mind, and restore emotional equilibrium. It's a deeply restorative practice that supports physical, emotional, and energetic healing, and it's something anyone can learn. You do not need to consider yourself "spiritual" or be born with a special "gift."

Who Is Reiki Level 1 For?

* Absolute beginners. No experience required!

* Those who have already received a Reiki Level 1 certificate from another teacher, but would like to refresh their skills.

Learn with a Canadian Reiki Association (CRA) Registered Teacher: Sacred Passage Healing is proudly led by a Canadian Reiki Association (CRA) Registered Teacher, offering students a pathway that aligns with nationally recognized professional standards.

The Canadian Reiki Association (CRA) is one of Canada's leading professional Reiki organizations, supporting practitioners and teachers through established training standards, a code of ethics, and continuing education.

If your goal is to become a CRA Registered Practitioner, your training with Sacred Passage Healing can support that journey.

In addition to Reiki training, Sacred Passage Healing also hosts Reiki Share Practice Circle Events, offering practitioners the opportunity to continue developing their skills, gain hands on experience, and connect with a supportive Reiki community.

As a CRA Registered Teacher, Sacred Passage Healing is able to issue Continuing Education Unit (CEU) forms for Reiki Share Circle attendees, which may be applied toward Canadian Reiki Association Registered Practitioner or Registered Teacher membership requirements in accordance with current CRA guidelines.

Reiki Level 1 Course Curriculum:

* Learn the history and principles of Usui Reiki.

* Explore the energetic anatomy of the body, including the nervous system, auric field & chakra system, and how they all interconnect through Reiki.

* Practice various styles of hands on healing Reiki sessions for yourself and others (chair & massage table).

* Learn how to provide a Reiki session to animals & plants.

* Learn self care techniques to integrate Reiki into your daily life.

* Receive the Level 1 Usui Reiki Attunement & Certificate upon successful completion of the training. * Receive a professionally printed manual.

* Cultivate a personal spiritual practice for self care, self reflection, manifestation, and healing.

What You Will Learn:

* How to channel Reiki energy for physically, emotionally, mentally & spiritually supporting self & others.

* The science behind Reiki energy healing & nervous system regulation.

* Ethics of energy work and practitioner guidelines to follow.

* Traditional Japanese Usui Reiki practices along with Western Reiki practices.

* Daily & monthly rituals for self care with Reiki.

* Guided meditations, hands on practice, and supportive techniques to help you feel grounded, empowered, and confident as you begin your Reiki journey.

* How to register with the Canadian Reiki Association as a student/associate practitioner.

* How to continue your education and develop a personal practice with Reiki.

♡ You'll leave with practical tools and techniques for nervous system regulation, energetic protection, grounding, and cleansing. You'll not only learn how to integrate these into your Reiki sessions, but also how essential they are for daily life, helping you maintain your energy, stay centred, and navigate the world with more clarity and resilience.

♡ You feel connected to something deeper & larger than yourself.

♡ Having completed Usui Reiki Shoden Level 1 certification, you've taken the first step toward becoming professionally qualified to offer Reiki services. The next step on this path is completing the Usui Reiki Okuden Level 2 training.

Reiki Level 2 with Sacred Passage Healing is offered several times throughout the year and is intentionally scheduled approximately 3 to 4 weeks after select Level 1 trainings. This allows time for the traditional 21 day self practice and integration period before advancing your Reiki skills.

You're welcome to join the next available Level 2 whenever you're ready. There's no pressure to continue immediately.

Register for both Reiki Level 1 and Level 2 together with exclusive bundled pricing (payment plans available).

Completion of Reiki Level 1 through Sacred Passage Healing is required for Reiki Level 2. This ensures all students share the same foundation of knowledge, techniques, and practical experience as we move into more advanced Reiki training.

Spaces are limited for this intimate training experience to allow plenty of time to ask questions and connect with your instructor, Ash, and your fellow Reiki classmates.

A minimum of 2 participants is required for this training to proceed. If minimum enrolment is not met, the training may be rescheduled, and your registration will be transferred to the next available course date.
