The energy of artist Carole Sabiston�s dazzling textile assemblages inspires this spring�s URBANITE. Everything Below All of the Above is an exuberant selection of works spanning her singular career. We�ve sewn together an evening of light, colour, movement and texture reflective of Sabiston�s verdant imagination.
LIGHT
Design live visuals with material anthropologist Valerie Salez.
COLOUR
Bright and punchy custom cocktails with local brew from Lighthouse.
MOVEMENT
Christoph Maitland gets your hips working to house, funk and progressive beats and Carole Sabiston tours her exhibition!
TEXTURE
Silk, chiffon, brocade, netting � sensual and shiny fabrics encouraged. Finish your look with a handmade textile button and contribute to a group textile installation.
