High intensity interval training has been proven to be one of the most effective ways to burn fat in the shortest period of time. This class takes plyometrics and high levels of cardio training, and mixing unique functional weight training using the TRX.The TRX is a phenomenal suspension training originally used in the military for physical training. By using your own body weight as resistance you will functionally resistance train like never before!
This class will increase stamina, lose body fat and increase lung capacity. Come out and see what you are made off!
Please note for all classes payment must be made at the time of signup or you will not get a held spot! Payments can be made by cash, cheque or email transfers to [email protected]. Once payment is recieved you will get a confirmation email confirming your class spot. Due to limited space of 6 participants and speciality equipment there are no drop ins in these classes registration only
