This exhibition makes us understand the power of the mind and its projection on our societal roles in a simple statement “strong body, strong mind’. The conceptual works stand beyond our preconceptions about strengthening our bodies to achieve a look. Strengthening our bodies becomes more of a process of understanding the control of our thoughts and behaviour in society. It is not a criticism of people who avoid exercising. Instead, it is motivation to realise that an active lifestyle and routine help us understand that we are part of society. One’s physical, mental and spiritual strengthening contributes to our health as individuals and collectively as a society.
