<p>This exhibition makes us understand the power of the mind and its projection on our societal roles in a simple statement &ldquo;strong body, strong mind&rsquo;. The conceptual works stand beyond our preconceptions about strengthening our bodies to achieve a look. Strengthening our bodies becomes more of a process of understanding the control of our thoughts and behaviour in society. It is not a criticism of people who avoid exercising. Instead, it is motivation to realise that an active lifestyle and routine help us understand that we are part of society. One&rsquo;s physical, mental and spiritual strengthening contributes to our health as individuals and collectively as a society.</p>=0D=0A=
