Traditional Paella is the most well known of Spanish dishes. Recreated around the world, paella is a classic dish heaped in tradition, and full of flavour.
In this class we will make a Traditional Paella from start to finish. While making our paella we will discuss the variations of paella from around Spain, the types of rice available to us in North America, and of course the importance of good stock.
Join us for an evening in Spain and learn how to create this dinner party favourite for your friends and family. Come hungry!
