Who and what is Jos�? Come learn the story about a unique and rare vintage wine. The only Island grown tempranillo grape. Put on your bests � this is a fundraising event for the Tour De Rock and the Canadian Cancer Society. Support Tour de Rock rider Elizabeth Avis by enjoying an exclusive evening of wine and tapas at The Old Firehouse Wine Bar in downtown Duncan.
Taste the only Island Grown Tempranillo created by winemaker Mark Holford, of Rocky Creek Winery. This wine is made in memory Jos� Rodrigo and sales will be donated to the Canadian Cancer Society Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock for the life of the wine. Only 200 bottles are made each vintage! Come and learn what Tour De Rock means to our area and enjoy some fabulous tapas and wine in the ambience of a great wine bar. And, we�ll be ending the night with the winemaker having his head shaved! An evening you won�t want to miss.

The Canadian Cancer Society Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock raises money for pediatric cancer research and programs for children with a history of cancer. The Tour de Rock team cycles from one end of the Vancouver Island to the other, over 14 days, covering 1,000 kilometres.
