I know you have a long list of reasons why you can't take time just for you right now... no time, no money, you have to take care of the kids, house, family, work, or yes even the pets. HOWEVER self-care is more than just making time for you.

Self-care is the actions you take to care for your physical, mental, and emotional health. It includes taking the time to recharge for your own well being, as well as continuing to be there for those who rely on you. I invite you to join us and make this one day all about you.
