Thursday Night Recreational Rides

The Thursday Night recreational rides for men and women are moderate-paced bike rides of 15 to 20 km in length. The routes are mainly on quiet residential streets, secondary roads and portions of the E&N and Parkway Trails.
All cyclists are asked to follow all rules of the road, including wearing a helmet. Participants will be responsible for their own safety.
The focus of the rides, along with camaraderie, is to build confidence and develop skills and abilities which will add to your enjoyment of cycling.
