DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>The Thursday Night recreational rides for men and women are moderate-paced bike rides of 15 to 20 km in length. The routes are mainly on quiet residential streets, secondary roads and portions of the E&amp;N and Parkway Trails.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>All cyclists are asked to follow all rules of the road, including wearing a helmet. Participants will be responsible for their own safety.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>The focus of the rides, along with camaraderie, is to build confidence and develop skills and abilities which will add to your enjoyment of cycling.</p>
