'Thirsty Chef' Beer Pairing Dinner

The White Whale will partner with Phillips Brewing Co. in creation of this unique and flavourful culinary journey.
Chef Aaron Rail will collaborate with the region’s most popular and innovative brewery, taking advantage of their wide array of interesting and mouth watering brews. The pairings will no doubt be spectacular, as Aaron sources only the finest local ingredients in creating dishes that are sure to make your tastebuds dance. The always entertaining Alistair Logan of Phillips Brewery will help orchestrate the evening by providing beer knowledge and tasting notes for each pairing.
This will be a 5-course dinner, complete with beer pairings for each and will be served in an interactive dining room atmosphere.
