TheatreOne’s 25th Annual Bite of Nanaimo…from Sea to Shining Sea
It’s a big year for anniversaries! Not only is Canada celebrating its 150th year as a nation, but TheatreOne is coordinating its 25th gourmet food fair, the Bite of Nanaimo. Guests at this popular event will commemorate local culinary talent and Canadian food and drink with our patriotic theme, “...from Sea to Shining Sea.”
This signature fundraiser held at Beban Park Auditorium boasts an impressive range of food and beverage vendors whose sample size portions will represent fare from each province and territory…think PEI potatoes, Saskatchewan wheat, Alberta beef and BC salmon – what a delectable occasion.
This longstanding event supports TheatreOne’s Mainstage, Just Kidding for Kids, and Emerging Voices performing arts offerings.
Admission tickets are $20, available now at theatreone.org or 250-754-7587. Food and drink tickets are purchased separately inside; come savour the delights at this year’s Bite!
