Come one, come all! It's time for our annual BIG CHEESE CUT! Gather in the piazza by the fountain and watch us wrestle some of the largest wheels of cheese in production.
Learn about the art of cheese making as they crack, cut & slice their way through the world’s biggest cheeses. We'll start easy with some smaller wheels of artisan cheeses from close by & move through the Italian king, Parmigiano Reggiano & up to the behemoth, the organic, Swiss mountain Emmenthal.
