After visiting Tim and Laurice Mock on their amazing organic farm in Cowichan I fell in love with Windhorse Farm, their philosophy, ethics, and the remarkable end results of its amazing grass-fed/finished beef.
The Mock�s are passionate about their beef and educating people about making good choices in the meat we eat, and the reality of the farming and husbandry behind it.
Join Tim, Laurice, and I for an exciting evening in the kitchens as we cook, eat and talk about their amazing product.
We will also learn about various cuts of meat, and have a beef tasting where we compare some of the beef products available to us for taste and quality.
