Classic dishes from the historic fishing port of Marseille in the south of France inspire seafood cooking around the world. Influenced by North Africa, Spain, and Italy, the food of Marseille evokes images of long wine filled evenings with fresh fish and good company.  Join us as we create a three-course dinner straight from Marseille and talk about the traditions, culture and food from one of my favorite regions.  Bon Appetite!
