Everyone loves an adventure, but for some, the experience can be daunting. The stages of the Hero's Quest are a map for an adventure, whether that adventure is a journey, a life challenge, dealing with a serious illness, or working your way through a mid-life crisis. The toughest adventure of all is the inner journey towards wholeness. How can we use the Hero's Quest to assist us in these passages? How does dealing with a life transition such as illness, divorce, or a career change relate to the the Hero's Quest?
