MS Chef�s Table: A Day of Fine Dining
Imagine a relaxing spring afternoon spent sampling the inspired offerings of the area�s best chefs, each course expertly paired with a wine or spirit. Not only is this the perfect day of indulgence for any appreciative foodie, it is also a fantastic fundraising event for the local MS Walk, with proceeds going towards MS research and support services.
For the past five years, chefs from renowned eateries in the Cowichan Valley and Salt Spring Island (including several of the Island Chef Contributors) area have generously donated their time and culinary expertise to this memorable event.
As always, each sumptuous dish is matched with a different wine.
Tickets are $125, with a partial tax receipt being offered.
