Thai at Home Cooking at VIU Deep Bay Marine Station Who needs take away? Explore the five fundamental flavors in Thai cuisine and the crucial role that garlic, chilies and lemon, grass play in preparing a Thai feast which you will enjoy paired with beer and wine.
