THE YOGA OF RHYTHM -Taught by Shasta Martinuk and Brian Hoover (certified Ta Ke Ti Na teachers). This evening of moving meditation provides the opportunity to sink deeply into exploration of your relationship to rhythm. No previous experience necessary. Learn polyrhythms (involves voice, clapping, movement). This workshop is excellent for people who enjoy any of these: yoga, meditation, drumming, music and is beneficial for anyone from beginner to advanced. Space is limited so register soon.
