Learn the Yang style Tai Chi 108-moves with Mid Island Tai Chi Club, from beginning to end. For continuing students, this is a good chance to refine and practice your Tai Chi set. Two instructors facilitate to support all or mixed levels in class. No set fee. By donation. Discover your potential through Tai Chi, a gentle yet profound martial arts and exercise method. This class promotes all-encompassing wellness of the Body, Mind and Spirit — which derives from the definition of Tai Chi as the “Supreme Ultimate.”
