Anita Deneault is Secwepemc (Shuswap), Cree woman. She was raised to understand that energy exists, surrounds us and is a part of who we are.

This foundation stretched farther when she started her healing path that allowed her heart to rest and her spirit to nestle into her gifts.

Anita is a Reiki Master, trained in Crystalline Consciousness Balancing, has a Master’s Degree in Indigenous Governance and has had over 14 years of working in the healing field. She is a mother of three wonderful sons and is now living on Vancouver Island.

Sunflower A Flow To Light is a journey in Anita Deneault’s experience of energy. It is unique because it is how she is able to express what she felt in that energy while she transformed to a new level, to a new experience. She has been conscious of energy since she was small and fortunately has been surrounded in a culture that is embedded in the importance of it. It has been a purposeful shaping which has been paired with an advancing ability to both experience its development and its growth.

This book is the latter part of her spiritual journey and her understanding of it. It has taken a long time to get to where she can accept, understand and feel it with more ease, trust, and a finer clarity. She has been blessed with the ability to catch moments while in energy and to be able to put ink to paper to capture it both for others and for herself. She explains that it has been an honour to witness this, experience it and to also feel blessed while in it.

As this is Anita's first public reading in the Oceanside area so she would love to invite you all to attend it. She has been passionate in her writing but it has been in her healing journey that she has allowed it to be witnessed, revealed and shared with the larger world. This event will offer a unique experience, will offer an welcoming and open environment for you to feel her work/writing.

Anita believes and knows it is a blessed world when we peer our vision beyond what we can see and feel to open beyond to touch our inner depth, life, heart and spiritual vision.
