The St. Mark’s Fair started 43 years ago and is now a major community event that attracts thousands of visitors to Qualicum Beach each summer. On July 25, nearly 150 vendors will offer fabulous crafts, antiques and items of every description to visitors. Local talent is featured throughout the site. A special children’s area will feature music, stories, face-painting and more. Come to the Community Hall early for the famous and delicious ‘Holy Roller’ pies with fabulous fillings and flaky crusts…they sell out fast!

The Country Market offers preserves and chutneys and lots of delicious breads, squares and cookies. The Fashionista’s favourite is “New To You”…with lots of designer quality ladies’ clothing at amazing bargain prices. Pop by Baubles and Beads to find the perfect accessories for your new outfit. This year, the Book Nook has a whole new selection with incredible bargains…paperbacks and hardcovers from .25 to $2, extra special publications for up to $, plus a huge variety of CDs. There’s even a music section including texts on opera and music theory. Stock up on your summer reading!

St. Mark's Fair is the huge Qualicum Beach Community Event with something for the whole family. There will be a BBQ, coffee, lots of activities for children, including storytelling face painting, art and entertainment at venues throughout the Fair. At Memorial Ave & Veteran's Way, on Saturday July 25, 8:30 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. Parking available at Kwaikum Secondary School, the Civic Centre and across from Qualicum Foods.
