Vancouver Island University invites you to join us for an evening of celebration and gourmet feast of culinary delights from Vancouver Island Culinary Institutes’ graduating, Culinary Management Diploma Program students. Enjoy spectacular views of Baynes sound, music, sunset and dinner featuring Island grown ingredients including Qualicum scallops and the Sloping Hills pork, local wines and more.
