This 3 day program is designed to reset your body, mind and soul for the arrival of the Spring while recharging your energy. It’s the time to shake out the internal junk, rejuvenate your whole being and renew enthusiasm for your life purpose. Dive into digital and herbal detox and indulge in wood fire sauna, sacred ceremony, connecting to the wholeness of nature, yin yoga, remove toxins and get personal advice on enhancing cellular renewal. Expect to walk away with workshop materials & handouts, intention for the new season, clarity and a fresh start.

4:30pm Arrival, orientation tour and intro to OUR Ecovillage
6:00pm Dinner
7:30pm Opening Circle and briefing on digital detox

Saturday
7:30am Breakfast
9:00am Yin yoga /Crystal bowl meditation
11:00am Food as Medicine with Diana Marchand
12:30pm Lunch
2pm Nature communion/ Herbal walk and “Bitter” tincture + tea making
4:30 pm Foods and the Physicology with Carrie Ingrisano (Cline Medical Clinic)
6 pm Wellness Dinner
8 pm Spring Equinox Ceremony
