Something spooky is brewing at merridale. The spirits have descended upon the ciderhouse, and are giving us a hand concocting our special release for this fall - Ghost Cider! A crossover between our two crafts of fermentation and distillation, the blend is very tasty and unique. Perfect for Halloween.
Stay tuned as we get ready to host special Halloween weekend dinner in our bistro Saturday, November 1st, where you can be one of the first to try Ghost Cider.
